Shipping Information

General Information

Packages are shipped out from Texas in the United States. We only ship within the United States and do not offer international shipping at this time.

All orders are trackable. Once your order has been shipped, you will be sent a tracking number via email. Please allow some time for the tracking details to be updated in the shipping carrier's system.

Eco-Friendly Packaging

Orders are packed with eco-friendly shipping materials. We avoid using plastic as much as possible and are dedicated to only using shipping materials that are curbside recyclable. Please help us in our efforts to be eco-friendly by reusing, repurposing, or recycling these materials!

Please note: this only applies to our shipping materials and does NOT include any additional packaging that might come with an item!

Order Processing

We aim to fulfill all orders as soon as possible. Your order will be processed and shipped out within 1-5 business days after the order is placed. Saturdays and Sundays do not count as business days.

We strive to ship all items on time, but it may take longer in some cases. For instance, processing times may increase during peak periods such as sales, holidays, and product launches.

Please note: we may contact you by email for ID verification or if any of your order details, such as the shipping address or payment method, cannot be verified. If your details cannot be verified for any reason, then your order will be canceled.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs depend on the option you choose at checkout. These rates are determined by location and the total weight of your order. All parcels will have insurance included for peace of mind!

In some cases, we may be required to change your shipping selection based on the contents of your order. For most orders, no additional postage is due; however, if there is an issue with your order, we will reach out to you via email to discuss your shipping options.

Transit and Delivery

Transit and delivery times depend on the shipping option you choose. Review the table below for these shipping options. 

The information in this table should only be used as a guideline for estimated delivery times, as we cannot guarantee these delivery times due to third-party factors beyond our control. Please check the websites of the carriers for any notices about shipping delays. We cannot offer refunds based on packages arriving later than estimated.

Please note: the estimated delivery times in this table do NOT include additional time for order processing.

Once an order has been shipped, it is under the care of the carrier. Unfortunately, we will not have any additional information outside of the provided tracking. If you have any delivery questions or concerns, please reach out to the carrier directly. 

Be sure to enter your correct address at checkout, as we are not responsible for packages sent to the wrong address. We take utmost care to package our shipments well and are not responsible for stolen, lost, or damaged shipments. Please read our Refund Policy to learn more about our procedures for issues like lost packages and damaged items.

Shibu Kawaii is not liable for lost or stolen packages and releases responsibility upon transfer of order to the shipping carrier. Shibu Kawaii is not responsible for additional shipping charges incurred if packages are returned due to customer absence, errors in shipping addresses, or package refusal. If you refuse any shipments from Shibu Kawaii, you are still responsible for all original shipping charges.
